MLP CLASSICS REIMAGINED UNICORN OF ODD (2023)

In the second installation of IDW’s My Little Pony: Classics Reimagined line, L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz gets pony-fied! Travel through all of Odd with Applejack as Dorothy, Pinkie Pie as Scarecrow, Rarity as Tin Woodsmare, and Fluttershy as Cowardly Lion. In issue #1, Dorothy lives an ordinary life at her farm in Ponyville, Kansas, with her Uncle Henrie and Granny Em. But a tornado whisks her away to a magical land of Breezies, silver horseshoes, and good and evil princesses. It almost makes her want to sing... (But she won’t. Those songs aren’t in the public do-mane.)

Weee're off to see the Unicorn! The Great and Powerful Unicorn of Odd! Dorothy continues down the yellow brick road with her new pal: the chattiest and brain-lackiest scarecrow ever. Their journey takes them through a spooky, shadowy forest full of trees, and apples, and a Tin Woodsmare? Oh my!

A farmer, a scarecrow, a tin woodsmare, and a lion walk into the woods... and decide to follow the Yellow Brick Road to Odd! Dorothy and her new friends are continuing their journey to meet the Wizard of Odd, in hopes that he can give them their hearts' desires-or in Tin Woodsmare's case, an actual heart. Hopefully they don't run into any fields of poppies or flying monkeys along the way!

There’s no place like Ponyville, Kansas. The Land of Odd has been magical, and Dorothy has made the most wonderful friends, but she’s determined to get back to her family. Only first she needs to defeat a wicked princess, save her friends, escape the flying monkeys, talk to a wizard, wear a hat, talk to a puppet... Oh, why does nothing ever make sense in this silly world?!
