ComicPreviews.com is part of the broader Manage Comics ecosystem, which includes Manage Comics, GeekFetch, and related platforms. The Service aggregates and displays comic book data sourced from publishers and data partners, and connects that discovery experience to participating comic shops.
3. Age Requirements
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not knowingly permit those under 18 to use the Service. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate that user's access immediately.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account, including registering for our waitlist or early access program. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

All comic book covers, artwork, solicitation text, character names, series names, publisher names, and creator information displayed on the Service remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers, creators, and licensors. The Company does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on the Service.
6. Publisher Content and Copyright
6.1 Scope of Use
All images, cover art, solicitation text, and other materials provided by publishers and data partners ("Publisher Materials") are displayed solely for promotional and discovery purposes — to help fans learn about and discover upcoming comic releases. The use of Publisher Materials does not extend beyond this promotional discovery scope.
6.2 Copyright Compliance
All Publisher Materials are the intellectual property of their respective publishers or their licensors. Users of the Service are required to comply with all applicable copyright laws in their interaction with Publisher Materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, download, screen-capture, scrape, or commercially exploit any Publisher Materials without express written permission from the respective publisher or rights holder.
6.3 Limited License
Publisher Materials are displayed on the Service under a limited, non-exclusive license granted by publishers for promotional purposes. This license does not convey any ownership rights to users, and does not entitle users to royalties or any other compensation.

7. FOC Dates and Data Accuracy Disclaimer
ComicPreviews.com displays Final Order Cutoff (FOC) dates, release dates, pricing, availability information, and other time-sensitive comic book data ("Discovery Data") sourced from publishers and data partners. This information is provided for discovery and informational purposes only.
The Company makes no representations or warranties that the Discovery Data displayed on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. FOC dates, release dates, print runs, and availability are subject to change by publishers at any time and without notice. You acknowledge that:
- FOC dates are estimates provided by publishers and are subject to change without notice.
- Release dates may be delayed, moved, or cancelled by publishers.
- Pricing information is subject to change prior to publication.
- Discovery Data should not be relied upon as a guarantee of availability or pricing.
For confirmed FOC deadlines and final availability, always verify directly with your local comic shop or through an authorized ordering platform.

In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
