At the end of World War II, Earth was invaded by giant mechanized parademons from a planet called Apokolips. Earth’s protectors, the Justice Society of America, were devastated, and with them, the age of superheroes came to an end and the era of the Mech began. In the ensuing years, the world has stockpiled colossal battle suits piloted by elite warriors, waiting for the day Apokolips returns. But when Kal-El, the last son of a dying world, crash-lands in Metropolis with his own war suit, he’ll face down two of Earth’s finest Mech fighters, the Flash and Batman. The dawn of a brave new mechanized DCU is here from the rising star creative team of Kenny Porter (The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive, Fearless) and Baldemar Rivas (Robins, Batman: Urban Legends).

WONDER WOMAN’S WAR MACHINE! Wonder Woman and the Green Lanterns have arrived to help Batman and the Flash stop the invader from the stars known as Superman. The last time mechs from space arrived, they tried to destroy Earth—these heroes won’t let that happen again, despite Superman’s protests that he’s on their side. Hawkwoman, the war mother of Earth, will intervene to prove to Earth’s heroes Superman is on their side as Darkseid and Lex Luthor prepare their next moves in response to Superman’s arrival...

A BATTLE FOR THE STARS! Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, and the Green Lanterns have combined their might and mechanized resources to help the world, but they're not a team quite yet. They're a group of pilots not flying in a pattern. This will have to change when they go to aid Steve Trevor's forces in space as they're attacked by Darkseid's Apokoliptian Army. And on Earth, Lex Luthor's experiments with Superman's DNA grow more frightening. The most epic miniseries of 2022 continues!

PICKING UP THE PIECES! Darkseid's forces defeated the Justice Squadron and killed someone near and dear to them. The heroes will have to fix their mechs and their team morale in order to get back in the fight. But Superman is hiding in a town called Smallville, living with a family called the Kents while trying to fix his mech. He's in grave danger, as the people of Smallville don't take kindly to mechs or aliens...

A SQUADRON DIVIDED! The Justice Squadron is in pieces. The Green Lanterns and Flash have flown off to space with their mechs to face Darkseid's forces head-on, still unwilling to trust Superman or accept his help. Batman will need to convince Wonder Woman that Superman is ready to rejoin their team, and time is running out. Darkseid's forces are at their full power, and Lex Luthor is getting ready to unleash his ultimate weapon on the world...enter the biomechanical nightmare that is...B1-ZAR-0!!!
