Our host Nat (who was called Matt in the first issue) Grover is a crime fighter and researcher into crimes and criminals of the past-his purpose, to show us those who take the first step toward breaking the law, wether it be an individual or a gang and ultimately what creates the Crime Machine! First up, we have "No Jail Could Hold Him!" penciled by the great Carmine Infantino. Next is "Francine O'Connor... The Empress of Crime!" by Tex Blaisdell.
