Having completed the blood rite intended to rid her new husband of the Dracula virus, Vampirella returns to America, only to discover the shadow of the vampire lord continues to loom as Dracula asserts himself in assimilating his human host. Complicating matters even more is Vampirella's new mother-in-law, who engineers a confrontation between Vampi's new husband and the soulmate he left behind to marry her, thus triggering the strangest love triangle in Vampirella's history!

Caught in a love triangle between her new husband and his former love, Vampirella becomes suddenly aware that Dracula has been manipulating what she'd assumed to have been random events as the Lord of the Undead progressively asserts his control over the man she loves. As Count Dracula asserts his ultimate control over the world's vampires, only Vampirella stands between him and a bloody conquest of mankind.

Vampirella's efforts to save the man she loves have completely collapsed. After the shocking revelation concluding our last issue (see below, which Matt absolutely won't spoil here), Vampirella finds herself completely outflanked by the Lord of Darkness! Dracula has fully assimilated his human host while his shadow army, Lumea Urm?toare, prepares Vampirella as a ritual sacrifice-with her mother's blessing! Can this unholy love survive?

Series Finale! Vampirella's husband, Matt Ecsed, is finally free of Dracula's curse... or is he? There are spoilers on literally every page of this hair-trigger climax, including a final page stunner that is also bound to be spoiled by internet trolls!
