Chief among them is the Great Sage Rod Farquois, a reversi. Concerned for his friends and certain that the new winds Farquois brings will lead to storms, Oliver urges everyone to exercise caution. Meanwhile, Pete and Guy seek new bonds and strengths, hoping to match their comrades. But a mage's life is hell, and it will not give them solace. Once more, this year, in the labyrinth's depths...someone will be consumed by the spell.
