It's time to change the misguided medical care in another world by using a modern pharmacy! When a young pharmacologist gives his life to his research and dies from overwork, he finds himself reincarnated as a boy named Falma, the son of the court physician. In a new world where faulty remedies run rampant, Falma uses modern pharmacy and cheat powers to cure all the diseases around him.

After Farma cures the white plague with a new medication, the emperor gives him imperial permission to open his own pharmacy. With help from Elen and Lotte, Farma serves the common folk at the pharmacy of his dreams.

Farma and company were having a good time at the beach in the new fiefdom until Blanche was suddenly swept into the water. Using his divine power, Farma saves Blanche's life. Despite this, the Temple finds traces of Farma's strange divine power and accuses him of being an evil spirit.

News of a Black Death outbreak reaches Farma as the San Fleuve Grand Market looms close. Yersinia pestis, the bacteria that has ravaged a colony of a neighboring country, seeks to make landfall in the imperial city as the capital gets swamped with shipments arriving from various nations. In a bid to thwart a mass outbreak, Farma sets off on a frantic journey!

Knights and shippers from the Nedell Kingdom bring white squirrels infected with the Black Death into the empire. Despite strenuous efforts to prevent it, these infection sources are ultimately unleashed into the imperial city. Amid the ensuing chaos, the empire realizes that a sinister mastermind is behind it all.
