We are hit with events of the not-so distant past from the actions of Echelon. Back on Earth, Scarlett and Camille face a threat from two mystery villains with members of the "Headliners." Meanwhile, on a distant world, Lady Freedom and Miss Enigma have engaged in a secret mission to take the fight to the mysterious Echelon.
