As the truth behind the principle of causality unravels, Eris Miserian knows what destiny has in store for her-to play her role as the villainess and murder Helena. Eris Miserian has had enough. On her coming-of-age ceremony her husband to be arrived hand-in-hand with Helena Antebellum, who was wearing the same dress as Eris. Rather than reprimand the crown prince for humiliating Eris, her father and the King seem only interested in making sure that Eris would not call off the wedding with the prince. It seems that the only people she can trust is her recently appointed dark knight and the witch Medea. With their help, Eris continues to search for ways to escape this nightmare, but will she be ready to sacrifice it all if it calls for it?
