Jotaro arrives to break Jolyne out of jail, but they fall right into the enemy's trap, leaving father and daughter to fight for their lives inside a dream while their real bodies are being dissolved. Then, their unknown enemy steals Jotaro's Stand and memories, effectively putting him in a state that might as well be death. But there's hope! Ermes discovers that someone is storing memories and Stands in discs, and she and Jolyne volunteer for a search-and-rescue mission to find her father's discs!

Jolyne, Ermes, and their new ally F.F.-a colony of plankton given human form and consciousness-manage to defeat the enemy Stand Mary Lynn Manson and recover Jotaro's Stand disc. The Speedwagon Foundation devises a plan to get the disc out of the prison, which involves Jolyne teaming up with another new ally, Weather Forecast. After a literally suffocating battle en route to the rendezvous point, Jolyne encounters an enigmatic priest who seems to offer salvation...

The true reason Ermes is in prison is revealed-to seek revenge for her sister's murder by killing Sports Maximum! Jolyne rushes to stop her before she makes the biggest mistake of her life. But unbeknownst to either of them, Sports Maximum is host to the Stand Limp Viscuit. After a vicious battle, Jolyne is sent to the maximum security disciplinary wing. But like a true Joestar, she does not intend to let her fight to save her father's life end there. She continues to hone her strength-that is, until, Father Pucchi sets loose a number of Stand users in search of the mysterious bone that Jolyne once held in her possession. All hell breaks loose as prisoners and guards start murdering each other, and Jolyne takes this opportunity to escape. Meanwhile, F.F. enlists the help of an unlikely, dangerous ally to help save Jolyne: the murderous Anastasia, who is hell-bent on...marrying Jolyne?

After having finally met up with F.F. and Anastasia, Jolyne and the gang continue their escape from the disciplinary wing and track down the bone. But things go from bad to weird when they run across a scene of madness where other prisoners have been drained to husks, infected by a mysterious plant-form that gives birth to a strange green child. Jolyne accidentally ends up infected by the plant's odd power, and is unable to stand in sunlight, or else she, too, will meet the same fate as the other prisoners. Luckily, Joylene and company meet a lonesome Stand who seems to be more than happy to help them escape via boat...Ya-Ya Ma.

Pale Snake has F.F. on the ropes when Weather Forecast comes to their rescue. The pair narrowly escape and are able to meet up with Jolyne and Anastasia, but their relief is short-lived when sudden tragedy strikes! The time to escape from prison and track down Father Pucchi has come, with Jolyne, Ermes, and Emporio planning to go one way while Weather Forecast and Anastasia go another. But Jolyne is attacked by the lead guard, Mew Mew, whose Stand, Jailhouse Lock, causes Jolyne to be able to remember only three things at a time. She keeps writing notes for herself as she struggles to get free of her attacker, but then Mew Mew suddenly shoots Emporio! Will Jolyne be able to escape the prison?! And what of Anastasia and Weather Forecast on the outside?

Weather Forecast and Anastasia are at the mercy of Bohemian Ecstatic, a Stand with the ability to bring fictional characters in paintings and drawings to life! But Weather Forecast has a genius plan to stop the mysterious Stand user by fighting fiction with fiction! Meanwhile, Jolyne and her group are headed toward the Kennedy Space Station chasing after Father Pucchi, but first she needs to make a quick stop at an old ex-boyfriend's place. The group continues to converge on Father Pucchi, who has new allies of his own-those he has dubbed the sons of DIO, and new enemies that Jolyne and her friends must face as they jump right into the evil priest's trap.   For older teen audiences.

Weather Forecast's memories have been restored, and he is not happy. He unleashes his full power against Pucchi and Pale Snake, but others are caught in the crossfire of his attack. Can Jolyne and the rest of her friends reach the two men unscathed? Weather Forecast seems to have Pucchi on the ropes though, and it finally looks like his good fortune has run out, but the bad priest won't go down easily-not when he is so close to reaching Heaven.

After having narrowly escaped from Weather Forecast, Pucchi finally reaches the Time for Heaven and unlocks the Stand Maiden Heaven. Both the Stand and Pucchi himself fight with what is close to godlike, universe-destroying power. Can Jolyne and her friends manage to stop the evil priest once and for all?
