HELLBOY IN LOVE (2022)

Hellboy has been assigned to patrol a train route where goblins have been stealing from passengers. Their latest victim, Anastacia, is a researcher and archaeologist transporting valuable artifacts to a museum, and she's not going to let them go without a fight! Rather than stay behind, she teams up with Hellboy to chase the light-fingered fey through the British countryside and into . . . a local punk show? Hellboy creator Mike Mignola is joined by cowriter Christopher Golden and artist Matt Smith, featuring the colors of Chris O'Halloran, for a story of occult adventure and unlikely romance.

Anastasia's former professor has unearthed the birthplace of Turkish shadow puppetry, but it seems there is more lurking in the shadows than he bargained for. Facing demonic presences is nothing new to Hellboy, but doing it alongside Anastasia is a new challenge! Hellboy and Anastasia find out more about the history of Turkish shadow puppetry than they intended. After their clash with the malevolent shadows of puppet show characters Karagöz and Hacivat, the pair soon find themselves with more than shadow puppets to reckon with! But any possible way out must first lead deeper into the shadows . . .

Anastasia's archaeological research in the mysterious group known as the Suaren Artea takes her to India, will Hellboy coming along for the ride. The crux of the discovery may be full of ancient bones, but the past is not as dead as they think.
