WALLY WEST RACES TOWARD THE FUTURE WITH ALL-STAR NEW CREATIVE TEAM SI SPURRIER AND MIKE DEODATO JR.! Wally West has never been quicker, more fulfilled, more heroic. His loving family is around him. As Wally West faces massively powered-up old foes as well as a new, mysterious being, he encounters a group of alien explorers who are very interested in Wally's powers (which continue to glitch). Also, something seems to be literally bubbling up in Keystone City, as the new era for the Scarlet Speedster continues! New Character Debut: THE STILLNESS!

After the arrival of the Stillness last issue, the alien speedsters begin traveling around the world, with Max Mercury watching their every move. Meanwhile, Wally encounters another former foe who's gotten a major upgrade--the Folding Man--while entering a new location beyond time called the Gallery...what hidden truths does this place hold for the Flash?

As the Flash continues to explore the Gallery, he meets a living entity called the Resident that he feels drawn to. Can she aid him in his battle against the Folding Man...and even if she can, does she want to? Meanwhile, Mirror Master returns, unveiling even more upgrades since we last saw him in The Flash #800--but he's not the only one with new powers, as Irey Thunderheart West is eager to show the world. Also, the Stillness decide to act upon humanity as the new chapter for the Flash Family continues!

As Wally West's powers continue to evolve beyond his understanding, another confrontation with the Stillness makes the group wonder if they are here to protect Earth with the Flash, or from him. While Wally seeks out the Resident for answers, Jai has a secret he really needs to tell his Dad, and Jai's quest to find Wally brings him into the heart of the horrors affecting Central City!

After the shocking ending of last issue, Wally West's world has been completely upended--and as he quite literally is putting the pieces together, The Stillness's attempts to reach out to a higher power are answered. Jai West is going to try to rescue Max Mercury from the horrific remains of Timepoint, now a world overrun by time-gobbling monsters, and he's got surprising backup--the shadowy bubble gum-chewing figure who goes by the name Inspector Pilgrim!

The Stillness's prayers have been answered, and with the help of someone very familiar to Wally West, the next stage of their plan is enacted... meanwhile, where is Wally, and what has the Resident done with him?

As the Speed Force glitching causes more chaos around the world, another Rogue is gifted with a mysterious powerset upgrade, while Linda seeks out the source of the mysterious voices she's been hearing, and Barry reaches a breaking point!

As the Arc Angles bring the Crown of Thawnes into The Gallery, Wally West has to pull himself together to face some old Rogues. Amanda Waller's Task Force raids Terrifictech, and brings some shocking backup to keep any speedsters in line!

As Barry, Max, Mr. Terrific, and Pilgrim head into the Speed Force to uncover what's really causing all the chaos around the world, Wally returns home but is under the same mind control that seized Barry. Meanwhile, Linda finally meets the Resident, the being Wally turned to while trapped in the Gallery!

The Arc Angles have gathered their forces and are ready to bring forth the new age they seek. But the Flash Family is gathered for a final stand while still dealing with public unrest and Waller's forces. Will it be enough to stop the Arc Angles' will? Well, the Resident and Linda have come to an epiphany, and have to risk everything to get to Wally...

As the Flash moves between his new role on the Watchtower and the family vacation, he comes across an old foe in a surprising place! Also, Irey West has a hunch her father is sneaking off during the trip, and she's going to find out just where he's going...

BAD MOON RISING, PART TWO! As Wally continues to split himself into more temps to try to keep the battles raging on the moon under control, Eclipso reveals his new allies--the Rogues!

BAD MOON RISING, PART THREE! With Eclipso taking on a new, evolved form as a fire elemental, and the Rogues' blitzkrieg across the moon claiming more and more of the Flash's copies, Wally West has to split himself even further--but there is dissension amongst the Temp Flashes!

BAD MOON RISING, PART 4! As the war rages on the Moon, Jai West and one of the temp Flashes enter Eclipso's new form in an attempt to stop the total blackout of the Sun! Also, Wally's glitching issues have returned, but this time, they may hold the key to turning the tide of the battle...
