DRAGON WHISPERER SEARCH FOR OBSIDIAN (2022)

As featured of Free Comic Book Day! Soon after the events of Dragon Whisperer Volume One, Rosalinda Eberhardt, with her growing abilities, embarks on another quest for Obsidian the Dragon. This time, unlike before, they are not hunting him. They are rescuing him!

Rosalinda the Dragon Whisperer and her brave cohorts begin their search for Obsidian the Dragon! Stalking them closely are ancient enemies that would sooner see their quest fail. Just as things start to look grim, an old friend shows up to turn the tide!  Meanwhile the origin of Obsidian is retold as we see the young dragon grow in his abilities and his desire to help mistreated creatures. Not all, though, see this kindness as a good thing, and troubles culminate in the first epic battle between Obsidian and Ack!

Rosalinda, The Dragon Whisperer, and her brave friends embark on a deadly stage of their rescue of Obsidian, the last dragon; The Flats! Full of danger and traps! Rosalinda learns that it is not only dragons she can "whisper" to. In the distant past, a growing Obsidian begins to lead his legion of creatures, utilizing his flourishing magical abilities to horrific failure! Meanwhile, an old adversary shows up to tempt the savage goblin Ack and to start the realm of malice that will torment the good people of Galda for centuries to come!

Astonishing things happen for Rosalinda the Dragon Whisperer, and her friends! Some of these changes to her amazing abilities are beautiful. Some are horrible. Her quest to save Obsidian the Dragon comes to a shocking turning point. Hundreds of years in the past, big things change for the young Obsidian and his creature companions too. He learns that when powerful magic is used, it could change the world. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse!

A Meeting of Monsters. On one side, Obsidian in the Dragon. On the other side, Ack the Goblin. Once the closet of brothers for hundreds of years, now eternal enemies.  Entangled amidst the clash skulks vile Captain Raven, manipulating the scene in only the way that he can.
