Leonis continues his efforts to rebuild the Dark Lords' Armies to keep his promise to Roselia, the Goddess of Rebellion.  In the midst of this, he and the girls of the eighteenth platoon are busy preparing a cosplay café for the large-scale school festival welcoming the Sixth Assault Garden. But while the festivities heat up, a Dark Lord buried in ice for countless years is about to be exhumed!

In the aftermath of the disastrous Holy Light Festival, the ostensibly defeated Dragon Lord Veira appears before Dark Lord Leonis and demands he take her on a tour of the city! Riselia follows after the two in secret, only to find them engaged in a poolside competition. However, the eighteenth platoon's carefree escapades come to an abrupt end when they're sent on a mission to Necrozoa. There they discover Zemein, one of Leonis's old servants, plotting to revive the Undead Dark Lord!

The trip to the capital is hardly a relaxed one, especially for Regina and Elfiné, who both have secrets regarding their families living there. Mysteries and conspiracies abound in the seat of the Integrated Human Empire, and amidst it all...another Dark Lord appears!

A dead man has returned, bringing the full force of the Azure Fort to bear against Leonis and Veira. Meanwhile, Prince Alexios, hoping to defeat the Voids once and for all, searches for any surviving Dark Lords and unwittingly contacts Leonis! During all this trouble, a mysterious person known as the Queen of the Realm of Shadows plots from the dark...
