Traveling to New Orleans to try to liberate their kidnapped internet idol, the 21st Centurions get tricked into a fight against chemically-enhanced young thugs led by a has-been superhero. The Centurions get captured and deprived of their power watches. Will their technology render the bad guys unbeatable?
When a popular vlogger (with her own axe to grind against the 21st Centurions) is kidnapped as an initiation stunt for gaining entrance into a gang of super villains, why is Tribune reluctant to get involved? The Centurions must save the girl by defeating chemically-enhanced costumed adversaries.
