NECA's 1/4-scale action figures from the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie include two of the Turtles - Raphael and Donatello - and their foes, Shredder and the Foot Soldier. Each figure comes with accessories based on the film (including pizza for the Turtles) and features interchangeable hands. Raph and Don each stand 16 1/2" tall, while Shredder and the Foot Soldier are 18" tall, and the figures boast over 30 points of articulation, including double-jointed elbow joints.
