HCF 2019 PARTICIPATING STORE

"To qualify as a participating Halloween Comic Book Fest store, you must operate a storefront business and order a MINIMUM of $25 total of any comics and mini-comics offered this month. As a participating store, you will be listed on the http://www.halloweencomicfest.com/ shop locator where you can also promote your store's HCF event details. By purchasing HCF titles, you agree that you will give ONE free HCF comic or mini-comic on October 26, 2019, with NO purchase required. You also agree to not sell or release any of the HCF titles (except for the polypack bundles, which are designed for sale to consumers for their own Halloween giveaways) before October 26th, and will not sell them online until the Monday after the event [October 28th, 2019]."
