Tekkon Kinkreet: All in One narra la historia de dos niños huérfanos, Negro y Blanco, y de su lucha por sobrevivir en Ciudad Tesoro, una jungla de asfalto cuyo dominio se rifan los delincuentes de poca monta, la yakuza y la policía. Negro, el mayor, es un chico de recursos cuya razón de vivir es proteger a Blanco, un niño inocente e imaginativo que inventa canciones y cuya mayor alegría es haber aprendido a contar hasta 10. Tekkon Kinkreet: All in One tells the story of two orphan boys, Black and White, and their struggle to survive in Treasure Town, an asphalt jungle whose domain is fought over by petty criminals, yakuza and police. Black, the eldest, is a resourceful boy whose reason for living is to protect White, an innocent and imaginative child who invents songs and whose greatest joy is that he has learned to count to 10.
