The weirdest, most exciting, dramatic, visual, compelling, literate, ghastliest and powerful horror characters are all in issue #7 of Scream (July 1974), the black-and-white comic magazine by Skywald! Starting with "The Man With No Face" from Al Hewetson and Jose Maria Cardona. Next is Nosferatu in "Satan's Third Reich" scripted by Al Hewetson, and penciled by Zesar. Then it's an adaptation of a short story from Edgar Allan Poe, "Berenice," again scripted by Al Hewetson and penciled by Ricardo Villamonte. Plus "The Descent into Hell!"
