Heather Hutchens returns to her hometown of Babylon Cove only to reignite the drama she left behind. Her hunky ex-boyfriend Dennis says he’s changed, but still acts like the same horny, cheating sleazebag. The sensitive cutie Charlie, who Heather never gave the time of day, confesses his secret crush, hoping to win over the girl of his unrequited dreams. And the ancient demon Karthon, who’s been devouring townsfolk and growing in power, is sending maggot-filled gifts in an effort to seduce Heather and make her his queen. Sheesh! What’s a girl to do?

Heather’s return to her hometown just keeps getting worse. Townspeople are dropping dead left and right, and the only person who might know what’s going on is Heather’s ex-BFF (who still holds a grudge). It’s a good thing that cute boy Charlie is along for the ride, but will Heather’s anger issues drive him away? Meanwhile, the demon Karthon keeps eating everyone!
