Through the roll of your dice pool you'll send thugs to takeover different territories or hope to hit it by rolling the dice in Vegas. Each round one player will be able to demand favors from each other player at the table and those players will have to determine when to take the deal and when to refuse this offer as they compete to take over different borroughs.
